        <jats:abstract xml:lang="en">
          <jats:p>Business competition which is increasingly digitalized, global, free, open, and innovative is currently developing so fast that companies must always develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction. This research aims to understand the influence of product warranty, after-sales service, and customer service on customer satisfaction at PT Internasional Teknik Solusindo. The research method used is quantitative research with a sample of 132 people who are customers of PT Internasional Teknik Solusindo. The analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The research results show that product warranties, after-sales service, and customer service have a positive relationship so they refer to customer satisfaction at PT Internasional Teknik Solusindo.</jats:p>
