This study focuses on blockchain technology and analyzes the nexus between corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainable development, and new technologies in the banking sector of Bangladesh. The study aims to offer a strategic model of enhancing blockchain technology and corporate social responsibility (CSR) implementation into the financial system of Bangladesh to meet the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The theoretical framework analyzes the ways the CSR practices can be aligned with SDGs, referring to the synergies of blockchain technology and CSR. The paper, with its focus on the financial sector, attempts to identify the key aspects of CSR, such as financial inclusion, financial transparency, and responsible investing, which could be enhanced through the deployment of blockchain technology. It is our expectation that the conclusions of the research will contribute to the theoretical and practical areas of sustainable development of the financial sector. The study aims to provide enlightenment on the ways CSR practices and blockchain technology can be effectively incorporated to serve the interests of the stakeholders, financial institutions, and policymakers in the application of technology in the context of social responsibility and environmental conservation.
