This study aimed to explore the relationship between green human resource management practices and environmental corporate citizenship behavior, as well as the direct and indirect effects of this relationship, while identifying the mediating role of environmental passion. A 29-item questionnaire was developed to collect data, using a census approach, and included 191 medical staff members at King Abdulaziz Specialist Hospital in Sakaka, Saudi Arabia. Cronbach's test, along with simple and multiple correlation coefficients, was used to evaluate the study hypotheses using SPSS software. The most significant finding was a statistically strong relationship between green human resource management practices, environmental corporate citizenship behavior, and environmental passion, with environmental passion acting as a mediator in this relationship. The study recommended fostering environmental passion among hospital staff through green human resource management practices, which would improve environmental corporate citizenship behavior, enhance environmental sustainability, and improve employee quality of life.
