The article will analyse factors affecting the effectiveness of SCF and propose solutions for integrating digital transformation technology into SCF operations at banks, based on current SCF and digital SCF implementation at banks. The article uses a questionnaire designed on a Likert scale with 5 levels and conducts convenience sampling at 25 banks, 5 branches/banks and 5 bank officers/branches. Survey data will be synthesised, analysed and processed through the statistical analysis program SPSS 20.0, and Cronbach's Alpha testing.
