To find solutions to remove the support relationship between financial/banking institutions for SMEs, while lacking quantitative research and practical testing to measure the effectiveness of the SCF application. The paper will study and analyse the main factors affecting SCF activities in SMEs, combining a survey of representative samples and factor analysis/ANOVA, testing the reliability of the scale using Cronbach's alpha coefficient based on a survey of 174 samples and collecting data by combining online surveys (Google/Form, email) and direct interviews.
