Single-phase and three-phase AC motors of various powers are widely used in many industrial applications. The ability of motors to operate effectively even below certain tolerance limits of their nominal values in units that operate continuously in a regular regime, such as pumps, air conditioning and cooling systems, and fan ventilation systems, provides 30-35% power savings in reactive energy with relevant circuit designs that give these operating conditions. In the study, a circuit that provides the necessary savings by controlling the relevant motor within a given reference operating range was developed and tested under different conditions. During the experiments, motor curves, speed changes, and harmonics were measured under various loading conditions, yielding very successful results.
<publication_date media_type="online"><month>11</month><day>19</day><year>2025</year></publication_date><publication_date media_type="print"><month>11</month><day>19</day><year>2025</year></publication_date><pages><first_page>239</first_page><last_page>243</last_page></pages><publisher_item><item_number item_number_type="article_number">22</item_number></publisher_item><ai:program xmlns:ai="http://www.crossref.org/AccessIndicators.xsd" name="AccessIndicators"><ai:free_to_read start_date="2025-11-19" /><ai:license_ref applies_to="am" start_date="2025-11-19">https://wseas.com/journals/eeacs/2025/a44eeacs-020(2025).pdf</ai:license_ref></ai:program><archive_locations><archive name="Portico" /></archive_locations><doi_data><doi>10.37394/232027.2025.7.22</doi><resource>https://wseas.com/journals/eeacs/2025/a44eeacs-020(2025).pdf</resource></doi_data><citation_list><citation key="ref0"><unstructured_citation>A.
