Aim:
Barriers to business operations vary along supply systems as predictors of bottom line values. The goal is to refer to the assessment of business policies and measures that focus on complementary industrial partnerships in uncertain market conditions, while conducting strategic business reflection, to ensure the availability of resources. An interdisciplinary approach to the problem requires the involvement of various experts from the scientific field in order to establish a dialogue between public stakeholders as partners, public administration and the availability of public services. In order to advise proper government action and stimulate a research field important to public administration, it is important to make priorities aware of the importance of resources, without justifications related to behavioral barriers. Results should strive to evaluation of optimal business models, based on priorities that respect added value in light of the benefits of real-time information availability. In doing so, it is important to assess - How digital transformation through disruptive models primarily creates, and then delivers and shares value through innovations.
