Abstract: This study aims to investigate research trends in e-coaching and e-mentoring through a bibliometric analysis. Using VOSviewer software, data from the Scopus database were analyzed to identify keyword frequency, publication trends, and the relationships between research topics in this field. Results show significant growth in e-coaching and e-mentoring research since 2019, with the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany leading in contributions. Business and Computer Science are the dominant disciplines, highlighting the importance of business and technology. Key keywords identified include "e-coaching," "e-mentoring," and "e-learning." The novelty of this study lies in identifying a research gap: the lack of combined studies on e-coaching and web-based learning environments. This gap suggests potential for future research to explore integrating e-coaching with web-based learning. Recommendations include developing best practices for e-coaching and e-mentoring, addressing technological barriers, and studying long-term impacts. Further research should also examine the effectiveness of various digital platforms to enhance coaching and mentoring experiences.
