New Nakagami Weibull Distribution: A New Approach with Data
Applications
Authors: ,
Abstract: This study introduces a new five-parameter Nakagami-Weibull distribution based on the
Nakagami-generated family. The study explores the mathematical properties of the distribution and applies
the maximum likelihood method for parameter estimation. Simulation is used to assess the performance of
this estimation approach. The findings indicate that as the sample size increases, the accuracy of the estimates
improves, resulting in reduced bias, variance, and mean squared error. The graphical analysis confirms the
convergence properties of maximum likelihood estimation, reinforcing its asymptotic efficiency.
