Abstract: This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of environmental management accounting and corporate governance implementation on corporate financial performance with corporate internationalization as a moderating variable in the basic materials sector of manufacturing companies listed on the stock exchange from 2021 to 2023. This research employs a quantitative descriptive method using secondary data. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling technique based on predetermined criteria, resulting in a total of 19 companies. The data analysis method was conducted using panel data regression analysis with the assistance of EViews version 12. The research findings indicate that the implementation of environmental management accounting has a negative influence, while corporate governance has no influence on corporate financial performance. Additionally, this study found that corporate internationalization cannot moderate the effect of environmental management accounting and corporate governance on corporate financial performance.
