Abstract: This paper explores the application of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) as an instrument to replenish human capital losses, improve the quality of the human capital, and promote economic growth. PPPs can facilitate not only targeted investments in education, healthcare, and social infrastructure but also can play a crucial role in replenishing human capital. The paper will analyze potential PPP applications to various sectors impacted by human capital depletion and consider the challenges and opportunities associated with utilizing PPPs to rebuild Ukraine's human capital and drive future economic prosperity.
