Abstract: The given research is a broad investigation of a new implementation of a method based on data to enhance the performance and effectiveness in a factory. This study makes use of the capabilities of the Fuzzy PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) methodology in directing the process of factory section restructuring, which is very risky and complex. In the modern manufacturing environment, there is an increasing demand for creating a productive workflow considering the complexity and the variability of project-side relationships. Our study aims to convert Fuzzy PERT into a tool that can assist the factories to smooth their workflows and offer new features for the factory industry. Through the survey, the main goal is to formulate a plan for detailing the rebirth of the factory section that assures a careful balance of factors like flexibility and performance optimization. Its main task is to reveal the implementation of new tools and methods in the complex process of reshaping the pattern of section development. Apart from those aspects, certain decisions made through analyzing data, predicting events that may occur, and fine-tuning processes from past experiences to align with modern manufacturing requirements are also covered in this project. Through this approach, the project provides a tool for the factory section executives to achieve optimality in performance and, hence, a logistical tool for industry professionals in pursuit of operational excellence. The results and notions of the project can not only be useful for the scholars studying factory management questions but also be highly relevant to the factory leaders and managers who try to accomplish the best possible workflow design and the highest efficiency level within their organizations.
