Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance on employee productivity at PT. MPI considers the role of work flexibility as a moderator variable and work stress as a mediator variable. The research uses a mixed methods approach with a sequential explanatory design. Quantitative data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire on the entire employee population of respondents and analyzed using SEM-PLS. Qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews to reinforce quantitative findings. The results of the study show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity and work stress. Work flexibility has a direct effect on productivity, but it does not play a role as a moderator in the relationship between work-life balance and productivity. Work stress has not been shown to mediate the relationship. These findings underscore the importance of organizational policies that focus on improving work-life balance to drive employee productivity and well-being in a sustainable manner.
