Abstract: Higher education's digital transformation is a current trend to meet the demands of the digital economy and plays a vital part in modernizing the educational system. However, there are many obstacles in the way of higher education institutions' digital transformation. Higher education institutions' digital transformation initiatives must be successfully developed, categorized, and assessed in order to be successful. In addition to offering competitive advantages to Vietnamese universities today, this article analyzes the strategies employed in the process of digital transformation in higher education institutions across the globe and suggests the development of some suitable digital transformation models.
