Optimal Control Problem for a Nonhomogeneous Equation of Vibrations of a Three-Layer Plate

Abstract: The paper considers a quadratic criterion optimal control problem for an inhomogeneous equation of vibrations of a three-layer plate. The existence and uniqueness of the solution of a boundary value problem were studied for each fixed admissible control. Then the existence theorem of optimal control was proved, and a necessary condition for optimality was derived in the form of an integral inequality.
