Abstract: This paper focuses on innovative practices of vocational education and training (VET) policies driven by computer technology. It defines core concepts and theoretical foundations, and analyzes how computer technology reshapes teaching modes, expands learning resources, and adjusts talent cultivation goals. Taking big data-driven, precise policy formulation as a case, it verifies the application effect of digital technology in VET policy. The study puts forward a tripartite data integration model covering students, teachers and industry, summarizes practical experience and prospects for future directions, so as to provide references for the modernization and high-quality development of VET policies.
