Abstract: In this paper, based on the theory of calculus on time scales, by using the exponential dichotomy of linear dynamic equations and Banach’s fixed point theorem as well as some mathematical methods, some suffi- cient conditions are obtained for the existence and exponential stability of almost periodic solution of neutral-type neural networks with time-varying delay in the leakage term on time scales. These results have important leading significance in designs and applications of such neural networks. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the results.
