Strategic Supremacy and Organizational Success: A Case from Palestinian Telecommunications Firms

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the impact of Strategic Supremacy in its dimensions (circle of influence, competitive pressure, and competitive structure) on organizational success in its dimensions (innovation, efficiency, and organizational readiness) in light of the mediating role of organizational support in Palestinian telecommunications companies, A research framework was developed that sheds light on the state of the research after a comprehensive analysis of previous available literature. The results of this study were presented based on a sample consisting of (435) participants, of which (168) participants responded, and their answers were suitable for statistical analysis, as they were relied upon in the analysis. Statistician using Smart – PLS program. The most important findings of this study are the presence of a statistically significant effect at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) of Strategic Supremacy in terms of its dimensions (circle of influence, competitive pressure, and competitive structure) on organizational success in terms of its combined dimensions (innovation, efficiency, organizational readiness) in companies. There is a statistically significant effect at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) for Strategic Supremacy in terms of its dimensions in organizational success in terms of its combined dimensions through organizational support in Palestinian telecommunications companies.
