Abstract: In this article, we focus on the evolution of numerical solutions of degenerate parabolic hyperbolic
equations in one spatial dimension with boundary conditions. Under what are known as "containment"
assumptions on the data, numerical simulations are presented in order to better understand these assumptions on
the evolution of the solutions.
